One day during low tide I took a walk along the
beach near Hjalteyri in
the north of Iceland.
I made paintings on a
few stones that I found.
In this book I am
showing photos of the
paintings.
Next day I walked
along the same beach
and found that my
stone paintings had been
washed away by the
rising sea.
I was glad I had taken
the photos before they
vanished.
